Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Plastic Mains Layer – Gas and Water Utilities to join our business in Doncaster on a permanent basis. The starting salary is between £33280 - £43680
per annum and the working hours are Minimum of 40 hours per week (working hours vary depending o.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install external plastic gas and water mains using Butt Fusion and Electro Fusion techniques

• Work from detailed design drawings and site plans

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards, within health and safety guidelines

• Collaborate effectively with site teams and report progress or issues

• Adapt working hours to meet project deadlines (includes occasional weekends and staying away)

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in utilities or construction, ideally in mains laying

• Valid CSCS or CPCS card

• Strong working knowledge of Butt Fusion and Electro Fusion methods

• Hardworking, proactive, and reliable

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Organised and flexible with working hours and travel

• Full UK driving licence
