Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Salary: up to £42,000

Location: Clipstone Village

Contract Type: Permanent

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit Skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our business in Clipstone Village on a permanent basis. The starting salary is up to £42,000 per annum and the working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Install, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems across commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

·  Perform fault diagnosis and implement effective repairs to restore system functionality and efficiency.

·  Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

·  Handle, recover, and charge refrigerants in accordance with F-Gas and environmental legislation.

·  Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer specifications to guide installations and troubleshooting.

·  Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

·  Follow strict health and safety procedures, including completing risk assessments and using appropriate PPE.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in fault finding and installation of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment.

F-Gas certificate is essential

Enhanced DBS (if don’t already have this then we would arrange for this)

Electrical experience/qualifications (desirable)

On call rota (frequency to be confirmed)

Company Van will be provided
